Abstract

     This research aims to study the impact of digital transformation on improving the quality of administrative services within higher education institutions. The importance of digital transformation has emerged as a strategic tool that helps universities develop administrative performance, streamline work processes, and enhance the experience of those using their services. The researcher used a descriptive-analytical approach and relied on a questionnaire administered to university employees. The results showed that digital transformation has a tangible positive impact on the quality of administrative services, particularly in the areas of speed, accuracy, ease of access to services, and improved employee performance.
